* Update *
The Chiefs have signed these UDFAs as well as of 7:45pm CST:
RB - Kalvin McRae (Ohio)
From NFL.com:
One tough hombre, willing to take the ball as many times as needed to get the job done (averaged 24.5 carries per game in 2007). A three-time first-team All-MidAmerican Conference back, McRae is used to carrying the load. Being “the man” in a MAC offense is much different than being one in the NFL. However, he should at least be a solid backup in the league for some time because of his all-around skills.
DE - Jonal Saint-Dic (Michigan State)
From JCFootball.com:
A two-time All-NFC selection for Hudson Valley CC in New York. Finished 2004 with 70 total tackles and 11.5 sacks. Set a school record in 2003 with 12 sacks. Has a relentless motor. Native of Elizabeth, NJ.
S - Ron Girault (Rutgers)
From App.com:
Started four seasons at Rutgers, and anchored a defense that was second in the nation in fewest passing yards allowed per game this past season. Instincts and decision-making are probably the two greatest assets he has a football player. Ran a 4.46 in the 40 yard dash and bench pressed 225 lbs. 24 times during his pro day.
WR - Jabari Arthur (Akron)
From ScoutAkron.com:
Possession receiver who catches everything. Not very fast and does not have the ability to separate vertically. Long limbs and big hands. Got his head around quickly, locates the football and was surprisingly a very impressive runner after the catch. Effective in the red zone. Canadian and slightly older. Recruited as a QB. Would give 6th to 7th round draft consideration within the league.
S - Greg Hay (Toledo)
From ToledoBlade.com:
Hay’s prowess on special teams is not new. The 6-foot-2, 223-pounder has been playing there since he was a true freshman. Even while playing the majority of downs on defense this season, he still plays on every special teams unit.
Also, Mike DeArmand of the KC Star is reporting that Missouri Safety Pig Brown will be in KC later this week to take a physical and sign a contract with the Chiefs. We’ll get you more info on that deal once it firms up a bit more.
This is from earlier in the day:
Here’s the latest list of undrafted free agents that KC has signed. Most of these guys will be training camp fodder, but there are a few that I think could end up with the 53 man roster when everything is said and done. Feel free to leave any thoughts or any other players you’ve found in the comments section. Enjoy!
QB - Ricky Santos (New Hampshire)
From NFL.com:
The holder of most of the conference and school career records, Santos started 49 of 50 games at New Hampshire. He gained 13,212 yards, 123 touchdowns and 33 interceptions on 1,122 completions in 1,636 throws, averaging 264.24 yards per game. He rushed 505 times for 1,415 yards (2.8 avg) and 30 scores. On 2,141 plays, he piled up 14,627 yards in total offense, an average of 292.54 yards per game, as he was responsible for 153 touchdowns.
DT - Derek Lokey (Texas)
From NFL.com:
In 43 games at Texas, Lokey started 21 contests. He finished with 101 tackles (50 solos), three sacks for minus-23 yards and 18 stops for losses of 52 yards. He totaled 30 quarterback pressures and recovered a fumble. He also deflected three passes and caught one pass for a 2-yard touchdown while lining up at fullback in the 2007 Holiday Bowl.
LB - Steve Octavien (Nebraska)
From NFL.com:
Octavien started 10-of-22 games during his three seasons at Nebraska, recording 128 tackles (80 solos) with three sacks for minus-10 yards, 21 stops for losses of 64 yards and eleven quarterback pressures…Caused one fumble and deflected five passes.
WR - Luke Swan (Wisconsin)
From NFL.com:
In 26 games at Wisconsin, Swan started 13 contests. He hauled in 52 passes for 892 yards (17.2-yard average) and seven touchdowns, adding 42 yards on six punt returns (7.0-yard average) while also posting an assisted tackle. He had 47 catches for first downs, as he converted 18-of-23 third-down plays and one more on fourth down. Proving to be a clutch receiver, he had big catches that set up 22 touchdown drives and six other series that finished with field goals.
FB - Mike Cox (Georgia Tech)
From NFL.com:
In 47 games at Georgia Tech, Cox started 33 contests…Gained 63 yards on 10 carries and made 30 catches for 217 yards (7.2 avg), including a touchdown…Also recorded five tackles (4 solos).
PK - Connor Barth (North Carolina)
From InsideCarolina.com:
Made all 10 field goal attempts and 24 of 26 PATs. He was the only kicker in the country with a 1.000 field goal percentage in the NCAA rankings.
DT - Johnny Dingle (West Virginia)
From Wikipedia:
In 2007, Dingle led the defensive line with Keilen Dykes. Dingle finished his senior season with 47 tackles, three sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
WR - Sean Bailey (Georgia)
From GeorgiaDogs.com:
Bailey appeared in 12 games during the 2007 campaign, making 12 starts with 37 receptions for 597 yards and four TDs.
LB - SirDarean Adams (Michigan State)
From MSUSpartans.com:
Started 23 consecutive games for the Spartans . Has recorded 108 career tackles and five interceptions.
OG - Chris McDuffie (Clemson)
From NFL.com:
Former defensive tackle who flashes the power and foot quickness to ultimately rate as a starting caliber guard in the NFL. McDuffie has the tools scouts are looking for — quick feet, size, strength and a strong upper body — but a torn elbow ligament and resulting surgery as a senior will force scouts to take an extra look at his medical records at the Combine before determining his final draft status.

One Question for Chiefs fans..
How the Heck did we get this luck? Look at this Girault kid:
S Ron Girault (5-10, 204) appeared in 45 games (40 starts) at Rutgers, recording 271 tackles (160 solo), 1.5 sacks (-11.0 yards), nine tackles for loss, 10 INTs for 204 yards, seven passes defensed, four fumble recoveries and four forced fumbles. He also blocked two kicks on special teams. The Spring Valley, New York native was an all-state performer at St. Joseph Regional High School in Montvale, New Jersey.
